What A Week

Hey Guys

This week was an interesting one. Up and down it was. We met with  Louis and asked if he wants to get baptized! He said he does! We  also had an awesome lesson with Bianca and when we were teaching  her the Plan of Salvation, she was asking very deep questions….so  we didn't get through the whole thing. Either way, it was a really good  lesson.

Lots of knocking this week and we got 2 new people to teach. When I  was on an exchange with one of the ZL’s (zone leader), as we were  leaving, I had an impression that we aren’t done here. I said we aren’t  done, we’re gonna keep knocking this street. As we stopped at the  last house, that was the one! We knocked on the door and someone  who was doing house care for the old lady who lived there was super  interested and said she wants a Book of Mormon! Sounds too good  to be true!

When it comes to prompting it is always a good rule of thumb to  follow them if it's a good thing. We also gave another blessing to a 8  month old baby and it was hard to go and see her. She had lots of  tubes and reminded me of seeing Abbie in the hospital. As we gave  the blessing the spirit was VERY strong. I'm very grateful we got to  give another blessing there, I'm also very grateful to be worthy and  hold God's Priesthood. As Luke 1:37 says,

"For with God, nothing shall be impossible.” Amen.

Anyway, we had a scary incident at zone p-day. Sister Barrington who  is one of the senior couples fell and hit her head. Apparently I was the  only one who had oil….so I gave her a blessing, so grateful for the  opportunities I have had this week.

I know this work is important and I am grateful for how much I have  already learned and grown. One thing is, don't forget to pray!! God  wants to helps us and he wants us to ask for help :)) Besides the  cold and the knocking it was a week I won't forget.

Till next week….. adios ladies and gents
