Detroit Temple Week

Hey everyone,

This week went by fast. I had an awesome opportunity to go to the  Temple in Detroit this week with the Senior Couple. They are leaving  sadly, but we have a great relationship and it was such a blessing to  be able to go with them. I highly recommend everyone go to the  Temple!

I also got a hair cut this week..... so you'll see that in the photos. I  also went on an exchange this week. I went with the DL (District  Leader) and we met this.....interesting Star Wars guy. I got a free  poster from him. I don't think I need to explain it. The photo explains  it all.

We haven't had much luck here in Chelsea, but I am happy to report I  picked someone up for the Adrian area Elders. We met her while  walking on the street and we just were talking about God and how  much Jesus loves us. It was an awesome conversation and she was  very happy. We asked for her number so we could teach more. I have faith we can get people in this area too. I have committed to  putting all I have into finding someone in Chelsea.

The weather hasn't changed. Snowed 3 times this week, but most of  it has melted now. For the spiritual thought this week: “You are a child of God. You have a loving Heavenly Father who hears  and answers your prayers. He wants you to be worthy to return and  live with Him someday. Knowing this can help you plan for your  earthly and eternal future with a brightness of hope. As you look to  the future, look far beyond tomorrow.”

I know from personal experience. I know this is true! From studying  the plan of salvation it’s obvious this plan comes from His infinite love  for us, it gives us purpose and literally a plan for us. Heavenly Father  wants to help and bless us, his arms are always open. Thanks for all your prayers, til next week.
