Another great week, but a long one. Had another week of blessings for our area. We had a friend who was struggling with the Word of Wisdom and when we bore testimony and read the promised blessings of the word of wisdom the spirit was strong to bear witness it was true. These are the blessing that come from following it.
Doctrine and Covenants 89:
18. And all saints who remember to keep and do these sayings, walking in obedience to the commandments, shall receive health in their navel and marrow to their bones;
19. And shall find wisdom and great treasures of knowledge, even hidden treasures;
20. And shall run and not be weary, and shall walk and not faint.
As I've tried to study more promised blessings it’s wild to me how many there actually are. It reminds me of what was mentioned in General Conference about how the Lord wants to bless us as much as possible, we just need to do our part! The commandments are not restrictions. I know there is no better way to live our life than to do what God asks, he wants what is best for us in everything we do. It’s that Simple! How grateful I am to know that Heavenly Father loves us so much.
As of news, transfers are this week and I am supposed to train a Visa Waiter. I’m not sure where his original assignment is, but I'm excited to get the opportunity to train again. I am most likely going to stay in Dearborn, which is great for me because this past transfer there has been a lot of work put into the area and I am starting to see the fruits of it.
Thanks for all your support and prayers.
