Wisdom

I've always wondering why King Solomon asked for Wisdom. He had faith God gives true wisdom, which if it wasn't true, it would not be valuable. Every day people tell us they want to have a closer relationship with God. They see and understand that people who do, have a better life in every single aspect of their life. But, for some reason, they don't want to work for it. It's like a winner. A winner will always work for it, but a loser with not. Why is that? What does the winner have that the loser does not? The loser can't get out of bed, but the winner doesn't even want to stay in bed. They have Wisdom. Wisdom that tells them that nothing changes if you don't do anything. Wisdom that tells them what is true, and what is not. Wisdom that tells of what is important and what is not. Wisdom is valuable because it not easy to get, as is a relationship with God.
